- Inform us about any past or current injury.

- Be free of any contraindications to massage (pregnancy, conditions, intoxication).

- Hair neatly tied to the front of your head, to allow us to massage the neck area freely.

- 3 large towels + 1 hand towel  or  sheets/blankets + 1 T-shirt.

- Ample room to fit a  83"/211cm x 25"/63.5cm Massage table + 1'/30cm around it for working space.

- Treatment space free of any trip-hazards.

- Exceptional personal hygiene, including feet.

- Clean and mould-free treatment space.

What kind of set-up and supplies do you bring?

- We bring music, speakers, cleaning wipes and treatment oil.

- We use organic grapeseed, it has a neutral fragrance and the least chances of causing allergies out of any oil. We are happy to use your oil/cream if you wish, as long as it possesses suitable gliding properties and comes in a container that makes it easy to apply without spillage.

- We use an inflatable massage bed.

- We’ll need Access to a power socket for inflation/deflation of the bed.

- During inflation/deflation, the electric pump produces a noise equal to that of a vacuum cleaner for about 40”. This might be unsuited to a home where a baby with sleeping difficulties is present, and/or poor sound insulation between rooms is in place.

Do I have to wear undergarments for the treatment?

This is totally up to you, whichever the choice we meticulously protect your modesty with careful draping. Many of our clients like to be fully naked for their treatment, regardless we will never ask you to strip fully, were you to decide to keep your bra on, we will have to unlatch it to freely treat your back.

Are there any specific clients that cannot receive a massage?

We do not treat the elderly, minors, vulnerable people, pregnant women and individuals with disabilities.

Who are the people you treat?

We welcome all genders, orientations and walks of life.

Our regular clients are respectful people with a good heart, who are mindful of our wellbeing during sessions as much as we are of theirs.

Our massage is a professional but intimate treatment, making the character of both therapist and client paramount to the experience.

We immediately stop treating anyone who misbehaves towards us, we do not care about reviews or loss of future earnings.

Do set-up and dismounting eat into the time count?

We  like to arrive 10-15 minutes earlier to set-up, so that you can enjoy  the full time of  your treatment.  In the  unlikely event of tardiness on our side, we leave later than planned  to honour the full duration of your booking.

What if I’m located outside zones 1&2 of London?

We will exceptionally treat people outside our service area, the minimum session duration will have to be of 2 hrs, depending on the postcode it might be 3 to 4 hrs.

What if I cancel or reschedule a booking from my purchased 5x or 10x package?

Our cancellation / rescheduling policy applies.

Will the massage hurt?

Depending on the type of treatment you chose this might be the case, deep tissue techniques require a certain amount of pressure to be exerted, post-treatment ache lasts 1-2 days.

Can I talk during my session?

Of course. Be mindful to the fact that the degree of involvement in conversation by the therapist might not always be consistent, as talking can be distracting and detract from the treatment.

An instance where you should always speak is when You need to communicate about your massage for any reason, or to use the restroom.

Can i negotiate massage fees?

Our rates are fixed, non-negotiable, and currently more affordable compared to the main mobile massage providers in London.

We have increased our fees once in 8 years and believe the quality of our treatment is worth every single £.

Can I listen to My music?

We bring speakers and a variety of playlists, You are welcome to listen to any music of your choice, or to have your massage in complete silence if wished.

What is "Buccal Massage"?

An intraoral massage is a therapeutic technique performed inside the  mouth to address issues related to the muscles and tissues of the jaw,  face, and neck. It involves gentle manipulation and pressure applied to specific points within the mouth to alleviate tension, decrease stress, reduce pain, improve range of motion and circulation. This type of massage is often used to treat temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, jaw pain, headaches, and  other related conditions.

What is "Microneedling"?

Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a cosmetic procedure that involves puncturing the skin with small, sterile needles. These needles create tiny channels in the skin, stimulating the body's natural healing process and promoting the production of collagen and elastin, which are essential for healthy, youthful-looking skin. Microneedling can help improve the appearance of various skin concerns, including wrinkles, fine lines, acne scars, enlarged pores, and uneven skin texture. It can be performed using a Handheld device called "Dermapen" which comes with different speed and depth settings, adjusted depending on the aim of the treatment.

I'm new to your therapy, what if I don't like it?

Full refund. We understand things are subjective and we cannot be the right fit for everyone. We will only ask "why?" to understand what went wrong and learn as to not repeat the same mistakes in the future.
